Find out what kind of rebates are out there, log in to the “Manufacturer’ Agreements” section of the new www.bpaafoodservice.com website. This area lists all of the manufacturers’ rebates and contract pricing deals on specific item codes.

Get a copy of your order guide from your SYSCO Sales Representative and start re-building your order guide to utilize the products listed on www.bpaafoodservice.com. If your specific menu items are not listed, ask for samples of the closest matching items and see if they are comparable. Your SYSCO Sales Representative can perform a “Menu Analysis” on the menu items to show you the most profitable items, and offer ideas on the marketing of these items.

Be sure that the SYSCO branded products you are buying are SYSCO Classic (blue label) or Imperial. These SYSCO brands are the ones that will get you the SYSCO Purchase Allowance (SPA) rebate dollars.
