This promotion entitled every BPAA member pouring Pepsi under the BPAA-Pepsi National agreement to a FREE bowling themed cup merchandiser, featuring the ideal cup set of: 22oz, 32oz and 44oz. It also included a free mystery shop opportunity for those members signing up for that portion of the promotion which gave members a chance to qualify for the prizes. When the mystery shopper was offered this opportunity, the crew won cash and the center won their choice of a high quality back lit menu board with a free consultation session from a Food and Beverage expert or the cash value of that package.

Recipe of the Week 5/7/2008
Fresh Tomato and Herb Bruschetta 
Ingredients
*1 ea Flowers Bakery French Baguette
4 Large tomatoes, seeded, and finely chopped
*½ cup Kraft Sun-dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
*½ cup Sysco Shredded Italian Style Cheese
*½ tsp McCormick Dried Oregano leaves
All of these items are available through the BPAA/Sysco Partnership

Cooking Instructions

Slice baguette into ½ inch slices and place on baking sheet. Place in 350 degree oven and toast evenly on both side until golden brown. This can also be done on a grill to achieve a richer flavor. Remove and let cool. Place into air-tight container and store in cool place until order is placed.

Topping
Combine remaining ingredients in bowl and allow to marinate in refrigerator until order is placed.

Assembly
Remove 5 slices of toast from container and place on serving plate. Spoon 1 (drained) tsp of topping on each slice and serve immediately. Garnish with Italian parsley and fresh cracked black pepper.

This recipe works great for those enjoying a glass of wine at the bar or as an appetizer before a great meal.
